Re: Feature Request; Display focus point?
A focus mask, similar to what Capture One has, would probably be a more useful feature, and it would work equally well for all cameras.

Re: TEST.JPG at root level showed up again
I am not sure what could have caused it. It just suddenly started showing. I have added files, but no new volume.
I have now deleted that row, and everything is fine again.

Re: Files shared with xmp sidecar
I am talking about the case where you export a file by using the copy to folder share profile. The exported file is not managed and should have metadata included in the file.

Re: TEST.JPG at root level showed up again
Last time I found TEST.JPG in a row in the Postgres database using pgadmin. So it is not just a visual thing.
I have added a screen shot showing my sql query and the TEST.JPG showing in the table

TEST.JPG at root level showed up again
So I have previously had a TEST.JPG folder/file show up at the root level. When I delete it, it comes back later.
This time I am certain that I haven't made anything named TEST.JPG. Last time I found the item in the postgresql server, and managed to delete it.
It must be something that PSU does ...

Files shared with xmp sidecar
When you have PSU setup to always use xmp sidecar, files shared as copy to file are saved with a xmp sidecar too.
I would have expected shared files to have metadata embedded, or at least have a choice to do too for shared files.

Inline rename of files beeps and often does not work
Sometimes I rename files by double clicking on the file name in the grid, and then using arrow keys to move around.
Unfortunately it often doesn't work, you can't move the insertion point or typing doesn't work, and almost every time you touch a key, it beeps.

Re: Move to folder during rename
Except for one for problem. For versioned Raw(DNG)+JPG+xmp, only the Raw and xmp is moved to the subfolder.

Re: Renaming a file into a subfolder forgets to move xmp sidecar file
Not for files that would normally have xmp embedded, like JPG and DNG

Renaming a file into a subfolder forgets to move xmp sidecar file
If you rename a file, and the rename rule moves the file into a subfolder, the associated xmp sidecar files are not moved with the file.
One example is this simple rule:

Move to folder during rename
I thought it would be possible to move a file to a subfolder as part of renaming it, but I have not yet gotten it to work.
I tried using this simple rule to move a file into a subfolder named after the file extension.
%FileExtension{pathdelimiter=y}%FileName.%FileExtension
What am I doing wrong?

Assign nearby (GEO) labels on import
I believe I have tried everything now, and I am not able to get PSU to assign nearby labels on import, even when the images have geo location and I have selected to assign all overlapping labels.
Is there something simple I am not getting, or is this a bug in PSU 6.

Turning of "Apply Detail Profile" on a label assigned to 10000+ images.
