Progress bars

Sometimes PSU seems to be stuck after I have made a change affecting many images, likely while doing database stuff.

In those cases, a progress bar would be really nice, to show that PSU is actually doing something, and indicating roughly how long it will take.

Turning of "Apply Detail Profile" on a label assigned to 10000+ images.
