The issue was the primary and secondary monitors switching when I disconnected the laptop from the monitor a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had checked this.

Hi @Hert - I am wondering if this is a bug within PS - or whether you have any ideas for a fix if it is. I cannot currently use PS for any meaningful batch jobs without dragging it down to the small laptop screen where menus are functioning. My much larger colour calibrated monitor does not work ...

Have spent the weekend playing with screen settings but am still left with the situation where I am unable to use batch controls because the drop down and button controls are not functioning on the second (colour calibrated) monitor. As described before, I can only get these to work by moving PS ...

So this partial drop down menu opening is a bit annoying.

I also tested my 2 screens configuration with 2 different laptops and I had exactly the same problem.

Yes - same here - everything that Filmoni said and also the same thought about ...

Not sure what operating system your using, but its working OK here on multiple screens on W10 and W11, even moving the main panels around to each screen makes no difference.

Try Alt+dragging to Windows Explorer.


I can drag and drop into explorer - no problem. Just Filter Forge it seems. But I can drag and drop from another (actually two other) DAMs into Filter Forge which makes me think it may ...

Are you using the older "Classic" zenfolio account or the newer one, because that would make a difference

Yes - kept finger on alt key

Unusual thing is I can drag and drop into filter forge from other apps

Any thoughts on this Hert - would be very useful to have this working

I am having trouble with using drag and drop into Filter Forge from PS. Filter Forge does accept drag and drop from other software but not from PS. I have added Filter Forge also as an external editor and this does not work.
