PS 2024 crashing - empty hamburger menue

Hi, beside all the symptoms already described here, there is another symptom:
clicking on tha hamburger shows just a blank, white rectangle without any content.
clicking a second time will crash PS.

Hello and good evening,
All problems are still there.
It's not just the hamburger menu, but also Help and Settings that shows a white rectangle with no items.
But now the surprise:
When I start PS with the default empty PS system database everything is fine - all menus are fine.
Now when I open my default database from the file menu, everything seems to be fine, and no thumbnail import.

What Operating system are you using ?

sorry, with the laptop win 11 up to date.
Initially I thought if it is an issue with the grafic card, I am using an RTX ADA 2000 (for video editing) , but with the intel GPU the same.

I'm in the middle of importing a lot of images, in small batches, when I noticed the blank menus too. The import process has not stopped. This in 2024 build 6246. Also crashes if I click inside the blank, not if I click anywhere else.

I get exactly the same blank menu and crash. When I initially check the menu is as it should be. But later, I know not the trigger, I get a blank menu. When I guess at the Exit location, it does exit. Description by others follow my findings and issues,

At other times after relaunch, it will crash if I click on the screen. Constantly

This has been going on for 2-3 months and we keep hoping the next release will fix the issue.

Anything I can do to help diagnose this issue? Debug file?

As a fellow PSU user here, my first suggestion would be to try to use some sort of monitor scaling (even 101% if you use a low res monitor) as this seems like a drawing issue.
