Update to 7.3.0.4453 killed to function to rotate using the preview mouse over

The mouse over shows the arrows to rotate but they have no effect.

I've noticed an oddity on these as well, sometimes they work sometimes they don't, there seems to be a delay as well in displaying the processing progress, in that nothing happens for several seconds and then the progress bar flashes up and disappears but then the rotated image appears shortly after.

(At least for me and i seem to be the one person that had this problem)
