Dynamic search on ISO value not returning all files

I use the dynamic search quite extensively in my workflow when I want to quickly search for some photos based on certain criteria.

I have recently come across the following issue: the dynamic search based on ISO value does not return all files from the catalog that it is supposed to.

For example:
1. If I choose the "DETAILS>TECHNICAL>ISO speed ratings>6400" from the catalog sections on the top of the PS window, I get all 128 of my photos matching that criteria (a mix of RAW and JPG files).
2. If I filter the folder where the photos are stored with the "filter by macro command" from the filter section (ISO Speed Ratings contains value 6400), I also get all 128 photos.
2. If I drag the "6400" label from the "ISO speed ratings" into the dynamic search box, I only get 1 photo as a result. All the others are missing.

I do not see why the result is different. It works OK for "F-number" and "Exposure time" but not for ISO. All the needed information is obviously present in the metadata and is properly ingested in the catalog, since I can filter it out. Manually checking "info" or "details" tabs of each photo also correctly shows "ISO 6400". But the dynamic search cannot see it for whatever reason?
