I'm just discouraging the use of delimited keywords in general.

Once you switch to LR keywords, how do you make sure all of your pictures are now set up with them? When I was on IDI and early with PS I think I used the deliminated ones. I want to make sure all of the images have the LR keywords and there are too many to check individually. Any ideas?

Select thumbs, right click, then metadata and write to file (off the top of my head)
