Re: V2023 Geotagging Failure
I removed all limitations and it is now working. Is it safe to run without any limitations, and if not how do I determine what to limit?

Re: V2023 Geotagging Failure
Hert,
Would it be possible to get a list of the required APIs to enable? I may have more than I need.

V2023 Geotagging Failure
I have just upgraded to V2023 and get the following message when I select the Geotagging Screen: "This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details." I don't even know where to find the JavaScript Console. Will Google Maps EVER work with PS?

Remote Access
I have been a Single User, Local Machine Installed version user for many years, since original IDImager days. Forgive me if this is embarrassingly obvious to many of you, but because of the realm I have operated in all these years, I HAVE to ask.

Re: Experienced User Lost in a New Paradigm . . .
David, if I understand you correctly, when I import my CR2 files (RAW) into PSu and view the folder, the thumbnail I am looking at is created from an embedded JPG, not from the RAW file? (Just trying to understand) This would mean I don't need to import or create an external JPG, unless I process ...

Re: Experienced User Lost in a New Paradigm . . .
David, thank you for your thoughtful reply.
1. The reason I thought I should create versions on import is that it seems that very often a RAW file may not present as well as a JPG taken at the same time. I thought I might need to import both and combine them as a Version with the JPG for Display ...

Experienced User Lost in a New Paradigm . . .
I have been a digital photographer since about 2000. After some other DAM experiences, I have been using IDImager to catalog my photos since the earlier days, and have followed Hert's efforts stateside to PhotoSupreme. Until recently, I have been able to ignore all the conversations about RAW files ...

Re: Error on Forward Lookup in GEO Tagging
Yes, those are the three that I have enabled. But when I do a straight Lookup I get:
Error: This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key. Request received from IP address 104.190.227.110 with empty referer
Status: REQUEST_DENIED

Re: Error on Forward Lookup in GEO Tagging
Thanks, Hert, that has the Altitude Import working, but I can't seem to find what is preventing me from doing a Forward Lookup

Error on Forward Lookup in GEO Tagging
I have updated my Google Maps API and enabled the Javascript and Geotagging APIs. Everything, including Reverse Lookup works fine, except Forward Lookup returns an error:
Error: This API project is not authorized to use this API
Status: REQUEST_DENIED
Same message when I try to retrieve altitude ...
