PSU does not appear in Alt & Tab jump list

This has been happening for both the 2024 and 2023 version. Am running latest 2024.2.2.#### version.

Alt & Tab should list PSU, it does not, nor does the login screen appear (I have to minimise all other windows to see it).
to get back to PSU after an Alt/Tab I need to manually click on the task bar to PSU, otherwise it will jump to another window.

I have the jump list set to last 20 windows (have tried lesser values to no avail).

Alt+Tab works fine here and shows the active PSU Window, even if it's the login dialog (using the latest Win11)
This seems to be more a question about Windows.

Thanks Hert, thought it worth checking to see if anyone else has this issue as it seems to only affect PSU. Will keep looking for Win 11 related ideas.
