I have a problem with ON1 and dates/times of exported jpgs. The latest issue is that I took some photos but hadn't manually changed the time in the camera and so it was showing 1 hour later than when I actually took the photo. I used PSU to redate all fields by -1 hour which it did successfully. I then went to ON1 to export and noticed that the time shown in ON1 for the RAW was 8 pm when it should have been 7 pm.
Going back to PSU I see it's shown as the correct 7pm time so I looked at the xmp and found a number of lines show the 8pm time. I then went to PSU and clicked on convert to xmp thinking that may fix it but instead PSU changed the time to 8pm from 7pm.
I'm guessing ON1 is using one of the rdf: Description lines for the time but don't know why PSU would change the time to 8pm when converting to xmp.
Can anyone tell me what the rdf lines are and why PSU would be changing time to 8pm after redating to 7pm? I have no idea how all the lines in an xmp work.
Question about xmp date and changing time problem
Re: Question about xmp date and changing time problem
I am not familiar with ON1, but with Lightroom, if the photos are already in Lightroom and I change metadata in PSU, I need to use Synchronize in Lightroom. And if I change metadata in Lightroom (I know, not recommended), I need to use Verify in PSU.
I have from time to time forgotten to do the above and the metadata doesn't line up.

Re: Question about xmp date and changing time problem
I've had similar issues with ON1. My main question though is why PSU updates xmp time apparently using rdf:description after correctly have time set with rdate.
