Sharing with Smugmug, Headline & Descriptions

I don't know at which end this happens. When I share photos to smugmug with blank a headline in Details, the filename gets passed to Smugmug as the default headline. I'd like to be able to share photos with a blank headline but I am unsure how to do this. Thankyou

Check in the Image Details what is in the Headline and Description field. That is what PSU sends to SmugMug as the Title and Caption

I did a test here with an image that has no Headline nor Description and after sharing it to SmugMug with PSU, it arrives at SmugMug without title (headline) and caption (description).

OK - looking again, I noticed that the field 'Document Title' was set to the filename.
Scenario 1: Blank Headline, filename in document title - result: filename displayed in smugmug
Scenario 2: Blank Headline, blank document title - result: blank on smugmug
Scenario 3: Text in headline, filename in document title - result: text in headline is displayed (overrides document title) in smugmug.

I had missed the document title - now that I know this, I can work with it.

Check your Smugmug settings. I think that if Headline is blank the file name can be shown. I"m pretty sure that's why as I've noticed that when I accidentally send a file to Smugmug without Headline the file name shows up.
