Hi,
scanned J drive on which are some video files as DVD_RTAV folders, this is how they are coming from Panasonic DVD recorder via DVD RAM disc, before editing and saving as mpg. It is a common video folder. No different to other windows folders I always thought as WhereIsIt showed them , so does ACDSee but the PhotoSupreme scan of J drive hasnt seen them at all, what setting do I alter as one cant add them as a file in preferences as they are not a file.
Thanks.

DVD_RTAV folders not seen.
Re: DVD_RTAV folders not seen.
there should be files in these folders (empty folder aare just empty folders). I never heard of DVD_RTAV but a bit of googling led me that there's a VRO file in these folders that represent the video file. You could add that extension in PSU

Re: DVD_RTAV folders not seen.
Hi,
If I add .vro to preferences will that make the folder appear, or just the vro file, as the folder has the name I need to search on, the 3 files inside, bup ifo and vro are never named, one has to name the folder instead. Got hundreds like this.
I need to get PSU to display the folders. testing ACDsee it does, as does iMatch, and WhereIsIt used to.
Cheers
