Which Interpolation for share project

I export my images for my tablet (with the "share" tool; tablet has HD-Solution 10' [Acer Iconia 700]). I resize it to 3200 px. But I don't know which calculation method will be a good compromise between speed and quality. Is there somewhere a explanation or recommendation?

In general I recommend to use Lanczos3. If you want speed vs quality then choose Average/Draft. It's a fairly good quality and very fast

Why do you resize to 3200px and not the tablet's resolution (or is it a 3200px resolution?)

thanks for responding. Lanczos3 is on PSU "Lanczos", I guess.

The resolution of the tablet is 1920x1200, but every now and than I/We want to zoom in and this is for me a good compromise.

Will there be a version, which uses more than one core of the CPU during "preparing for transfer..."?

The resolution of the tablet is 1920x1200

Try using a resolution which is in the "quarter" scale of the tablet's resolution;

1920*1 = 1920
1920*1.25 = 2400
1920*1.5 = 2880
1920*1.75 = 3360

The benefit of this range is that downsizing will be easier, much faster, and a better quality, simply because the interpolation is much more accurate.

You selected 3200 which is a factor of 1920 / 3200 = 1.6666

PSU is already loaded with thread services to fully utilize cores. The transfer feature could indeed use this too.
