I have five images that are not synchronized. Is there any way to get them to synchronize? Do I need to delete them and re-import them? I hoped that maybe shutting down both PSU and my computer, then restarting both would cause those files to synchronize but it didn't.

Are you talking about images in States/Out of Sync? When that happens to me I simply select all, right click, and select Metadata/Read Metadata from File.
