Can't backup PSu

I'm trying to backup PSU 2024.2.2.6657 on Macbook Sonoma and always get not responding and have to force quit. I've tried to verify folders and found one folder with 3 sub folders missing (which they were) and fixed that but the main folder shows 542 files on the PSU line although when looking at the folder with Finder there are not files. I ran verify on that folder but PSu reported no changes.

I think this may be due to some outside PSu changes to the folders and files.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Maybe never mind. I came back from a trip and now it's working fine.
