External Applications shortcuts get replicated

Whenever I save the Setting safter a change, my external application links are saved as links again on the right side. I have them now already 4 times. In the settings they show up only once. Anyone else having the same issue?

Update: Closing and opening the app gets rid of the duplicates of the links. When i save the settings I get duplicate links again which will disappear after I close and start the app again.

Oh yes they do! However opening and closing the an external App didn't get rid of it for me, I had to actually close PSU and restart.

When I wrote closing the app I meant PSU as well. Sorry for the confusion. So it is the same issue.
