Map shows "For Developmental Purposes Only"

My photos are GPS tagged and appear to show, location-wise, correctly on the map. But the map is watermarked with "For Developmental Purposes Only." How can I eliminate this?

Also, the map shows satellite view. Can you change the view to street view? I can't seem to find a way to change it.

Google Maps typically displays that message when your API key is not valid.
Best to visit the Google API Console and check your API restrictions and that you payment method is still valid.

In PSU you can switch between MAP and SATELLITE. There are buttons for this on the map display in PSU. Streetview is not available.
