PS crashing on MBP 14.1.1

PS crashing on MBP 14.1.1

Hi folks,
over the last couple of PS has crashed a number of times regardless of a MBP restart.
Current version is 5078.
The MBP m1 has a 16gb of ram and is only using 12gb.

Observation, the issue seems to be related to opening safari.

Now on 14.2.1 and still crashing. Seems to be related to opening specific site in Safari.
