no result for searching an existing file number in the catalogue

Although the file is in the catalogue database searching this specific file number is leading to no result. Deleting the file from the catalogue and after that importing it into the catalogue again makes no difference. Does anyone has an idea what is the cause of this failure.

Anything odd about the filename or path ? Can you tell us the name cut/paste ?

The file names have always the same structure for example, _IMG_2056_2022. Searching for 2056 is normally leading to a result but I discovered when searching a specific number I know it was in the catalogue, it wasn't found. I don't know it is a single mistake or there are more of these missings.
Other files in that folder I could find.

What version are you using, are you right up to date ?
I recall a query formatting problem that was discussed only a short while back which gave some odd results when searching.

Think it will need Hert to give a response, might be worth an email to support in that case.

Thanks for your help. In the meantime I have discovered there are more files that are missed when searching the file number.
