I'm trying to go from 6.4.1.3874 to .3881. I get the prompt to update but nothing happens when I say OK. The update progress window opens but nothing downloads. I'm on a Win 10 laptop with decent bandwidth. I rebooted but that didn't help. This started happening a few days ago but I let it go thinking it would clear up. It hasn't. I recently updated Affinity Photo without issue.
Any ideas where I should look?

OK but all I see there are my past and present license keys and installer downloads. Nothing about updates.

Click "download software" from the right side column and install over your existing copy. An update is that same file.

I don't have a "download software". On the right under Actions I have "download 64 bit installer". Same thing?

Yes, same thing.
No idea. The download in the software is the same link as the one clicked in the Control Panel. There is only one link for the software and all possible places where you can download the software, it all ends up at the same link.Wonder why I can't update from the application?
