keeping 2 catalogues in sync

I have setup my main PSu catalogue onto my laptop. What is the best way to transfer this catalogue over to my desktop.

Then in the future what is the best way to keep these two subsequent catalogues in sync after changes have been made on one or the other?

The best way is to sync over the files.
When you make changes then let the changes write to file.
Then in the new catalog, use "Verify Folder" to scan for changes
