I feel this should be really elementary, but my frustration is overcoming my fear of looking stupid...
How do I show all the photos in the catalog?
I've imported 1,633 images. I click on the "All" tab and I see... nothing. The empty tab in the central "collection viewer" is blank (rather than having the name of a category or state).
I've tagged some images. I can search for them just fine. I can navigate to a folder and see all the images there. The timeline is cool and shows images appropriate to the date.
But how do I simply see all of them? Or is the assumption that everyone will have so many that no sane person would want to see them all?
Show all photos
Re: Show all photos
If all your images are in the same top level folder then open Folders and click the counter icon to see all images.bwbecker wrote: 23 Feb 19 18:22But how do I simply see all of them? Or is the assumption that everyone will have so many that no sane person would want to see them all?
Does that help?

Re: Show all photos
Yes, that does indeed help! Thank you.
I have to say, though, that it never occurred to me that clicking on the count would have a different effect than clicking elsewhere on the control. I don't see that difference in behaviour elsewhere in the interface.

Re: Show all photos
That applies everywhere in the interface. Clicking on a counter in the Catalog Explorer (the left panel in the interface) means opening the clicked item including all sub items. Those can be folders, categories, catalog labels, portfolios, or portfolio collections.

..and Alt + clicking on a counter selects everything except the counted items
