Google API for PSU version 3

I can sort of live with the "for development purposes" overlay on the geocoding screen, but just to clarify.

The method of associating the necessary Google Maps API's is unavailable to PSU v3 users, right?

The Google API support was added after Google made their changes last June. That is part of V4.

I will probably postpone upgrading, until PSU may offer an open (Google-free) alternative for geocoding.
