I am on the free trial one month version of the Mac program. When I import photos, either individually or by folder, the photos appear with out thumbnails. If I try to rebuild the thumbnails I'm informed that: "Build Thumbnails Errors: Unable to open database file".
I have done pretty much all the normal things (reinstall, delete catalog, etc), but I keep getting the same results.
I don't know what to do.
Im on a late 2015 IMAC completely updated with everything.
Thanks.
Unable to open database file
Re: Unable to open database file
Could you please explain what you mean by that, perhaps with a screen shot?
Never say never change, but using Mac since 2005. Photo Supreme 3.3.0.2605. I endorse the interoperability of files between applications and systems.
Re: Unable to open database file
I am on a free trial Windows version and have the same problem.
Re: Unable to open database file
What do you both mean that the photos "appear" without thumbnails. What are you seeing? I don't understand.

Re: Unable to open database file
Well, no thumbnails. The placeholder for the thumbnails is just a black square.
Re: Unable to open database file
