Installed a trial version 4 and saw that such a blurry font, in 3 versions the font was clear. I'm attaching a picture of the comparisons. Why is that.
System Windows 10. The resolution of the monitor is 1920x1200.

I can confirm the text is very fuzzy and barely readable compared to v3. Also, I had a custom thumb text using Arial 10 for the headline but the actual headline was smaller than the other displayed information. Only way to make it larger was to just use headline as field but it also was quite fuzzy.

Blurry on a standard resolution desktop monitor (really needs fixing) and as sharp as can be on a 4k Dell laptop, both running on Win 10.

I have to say I have just migrated to V4 and agree about the fuzzy fonts. Very noticeable on the catalog tree (left hand panel). Usable but I do feel like I'm in the opticians with one of those blurry lenses!
