I'm trying to go back and catalog label a ton of photos that are missing certain label categories.
Is it possible to have PS show photos with no labels in the Events category? Or show photos without any labels in the Places category assigned? etc... I have photos with labels in other categories so I cannot simply use a 'with no labels' filter.
I tried looking through the filter by macro options but didn't seem to come across something that would work with a specific category.
Anyone done this or know of a way to do it?
Robert
Possible to filter by number label categories
Re: Possible to filter by number label categories
*sigh*... nevermind...
Apparently I should've waited another few minutes. I found a way to do it.
I completely forgot you can 'negate' or exclude a field in the dynamic search box. So I added the 'Events' root category to the dynamic search and selected to exclude those results.

Re: Possible to filter by number label categories
Hi Robert, you could easily find all images without any event label by ALT-clicking on the Events counter. (I have added this as a tip in the sticky thread for PSU tips; it's worth checking it out from time to time.)

Nice, a shortcut... I like it.
