Version detection in PSU V2

Is there any way to get version detection to look in a different folder with PSU V2? I keep the original in a separate folder from my modified versions.

Version Detection looks in the catalog in the same folder and in sub folders. If you want to use Version Detection then make sure that file organization matches this.

Subfolders, huh? Okay, I might be able to make that work. I'll have to think about it.

I suppose that I could always drag the folder containing the modified versions into the folder with the originals, thus making it a subfolder, run the version detection, and drag the folder with the modified versions back to where it was.
