Slide Show from Portfolios?

Can you please tell me if PS does slide shows - with IDI I could create a virtual collection or a portfolio of a subject and then run it as a slide show for clients. Ive spent some time today exploring PS and trying to see what it can do and while better at many things there are other features and tools that IDI has that I will miss..

Double click on a thumb and click the slide show button.

Im sure this is a dumb question to you, but Ive been playing with PS all day and so far Ive no idea where the slideshow button is... As you instructed I double clicked thumbs in folders and in portfolio collections and I cant see any slide show button.
Ive also read all the online help and looked thru the keyboard shortcuts.

double click on the first thumbnail to get into the image viewer.
If the options bar is not visible yet, just move your mouse cursor down until the options bar appears.
On the left side you will see the slide-show button

I think Ive found out why I could not see the slideshow button - I started SP and did as you suggested and of course it worked and I thought how dumb am I not to have seen that.. but then after a while and having clicked a few of the Action Buttons the options bar would not re-appear.

I restarted SP and it worked again - after some experimenting Ive found that once Ive clicked the Preview Button on the action bar, no matter what I do the Options Bar will not show again unless I restart the program. I'm not sure if this is a bug or again my lack of Supreme knowledge

Hi Des,

Arrow keys UP and DOWN will show/hide this Control Bar, also, click the pin icon to keep the bar pinned and visible.
