Deep diving more into the forum, I found the topic Drive letter changes . Hert recommends to Map the the top level node to the new drive/location.
It happens it also work for my case, everything has been kept (portofolios, folder color, etc.)

Hello, I shoot Raw+Jpg. I import pictures in Photo Supreme using versioning with JPG as Main and RAW as Dependent.

JPGs metadata are embedded, RAWs metadata are in a sidecar file (.XMP) which is Photo Supreme default behavior.
