cannot compact current catalog because the database is locked. How do I unlock the database?

The labels screen you get when you click (Cntrl Shift L)

I copied the screen shot but it will not paste here.

I installed vs 1613 and there is no change. The labels screen (cntrl shift L) is still too large to use. Help

If you’ve installed V4 already then start it up. It will run in trial move. In the lower left corner of the application there’s a trial box with a link under the button “I already have my license”. Click that link and point to the downloaded license file.
