Re: Possible bug

Fed up with the long silence on this bug and the issues with documentation, etc., I've decided to move away from PS. I find Mylio to be a superb, modern product with a compelling feature set. Too bad I could not get PS to work for me...

Oh well!

Re: Possible bug

Hi Hert,

Not to sound acidic but as a owner of a software company myself, I find your response most interesting. I report a bug that you verify is a bug. When asked for status, you respond with "report issue in Mantis". I thought I did report the issue - to you. Then you say "when releases are made ...

Importing an Aperture Library - Nothing Happening

I've finally decided to import some of my Aperture libraries. So far I have gone to the Data menu in PSU and clicked on the "Import from Aperture" item and then pointed the file dialog to my Aperture library. Nothing seems to happen - there is no activity indicated in the left-hand pane - it says ...

Re: Possible bug

Hi Hert,

My firmware is 1.0.1.0, which is the latest firmware. Anything you can do to get this fixed is hugely helpful and much appreciated.

Thank you!

Hert,

Your email server rejected the file due to size limits.

I am sending you a Google Drive link via email. Hopefully that will work.

Thanks!

Possible bug

Folks,

Per the attached screen cap, PS is rendering thumbnails for Leica Monochrom M246 DNG files that appear to have the image repeated twice and crammed into the thumbnail. This make it hard to discern what the frame is.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Thanks!

Re: PSU not Ingesting images

Hi Vlad,

Thanks for your quick reply. No. I am not using a profile.

The message is: "Ingesting finished without results, likely these images are already in your catalog or they already exist on disk".

Any ideas?

Cheers!

Re: PSU not Ingesting images

I tried copying the images to a folder on the computer and import from there. Same message and no imports.

PSU not Ingesting images

Hello!

I have a strange problem - I am trying to import images from an SD card. When I select the appropriate images on the card and ask PSU to import them, it appears to fire off an activity that zips through the images and then a messages says the PSU did not ingest anything because the images ...

Re: .DNG & .PSD Thumbnails

A warm welcome to the forum.

You can manually update a thumb with Ctrl-Alt-T (Cmd-Alt-T on Mac)

If the thumbs stay black, then can you send a sample file to support@idimager.com (for instance using a file sharing site like Dropbox or OneDrive or Gdrive)

Thank you
Hert

Thanks much, Hert ...
