It happened again so I removed the card reader and it started okay.

Sorry, my mistake and thanks for your assistance.

When I clicked cancel it briefly disappeared and came back. The same happened with Try Again and Continue adding further processes as can be seen in the snippet.

Tried it today and nothing happened at all. Then downloaded the latest 64 bit version and installed it over the top and everything now looks okay.

The catalogue is not on a removable disk but disk E with the images on a Drobo.

I moved the database off drive C a few weeks ago because the catalogue is 2gb and the thumbs 42gb and will need to get bigger.

After rebooting I tried to open the program and it comes up with a different ...

Photo Supreme seemed to automatically update okay this morning allowing me to carry on working.

However, starting it this afternoon is impossible with it constantly showing the attached message.

The database and thumbnails are on a separate drive that is working perfectly.

I am being told that I am using the trial version of 1.9.

So I have followed the advice here. However, I am a little confused with the licence system as I have downloaded my v2 licence but it is exactly the same as the original licence string.

Any advice please.
