Recipe in v7 - working or work-in-progress?

Has anyone managed to get Recipe (in Adjust) to work for v7? Some of the functions in Recipe work but one or two (Resizing) seems to be buggy or work inconsistently.

Is this feature ready or still very under-developed?

I can't even find a manual or some form of user guide for this Recipe. Is this a known issue with Photo Supreme ie very lacking in documentation??

If it wouldn't be ready then it wouldn't be in the software. Of course there can always be an issue somewhere.
You reported this in Mantis I believe?

There are hundreds of pages with documentation. Click the ? icon in the left sidebar to access manuals.
There is no separate manual to describe how to apply individual edits.

Hundreds of pages it may be but I can't find any one section / paragraph explaining "Recipe". If you know where that is, appreciate if you can point me to that manual.

p/s No, I'm not referring to manuals for individual edits.
