Going through some photos in preview mode I noticed that the previews seemed to be sharpened. It's not something I've especially noticed before, perhaps it just stood out on more these. They displayed "normally" for a brief moment, then sharpened. Is there any way to turn this off? Or am I mistaken and they aren't aren't sharpened, just the way they display?
I did try CTL-Q which increased the effect.
I had a recollection that at one time one could set the options by right-clicking on the preview button or something similar but couldn't find anything like that now.

Re: preview sharpening
Previews are never sharpened. But in the viewer it is possible to enable sharpening (see option setting in the viewer). If disabled then no sharpening takes place

OK, thanks Hert. Where are the viewer options please, I couldn't see them (apart from relevant shortcuts in the shortcuts PDF)?
