stuck in full screen mode ,is it a bug or my os?

i have the last version under w10 and w7
and i'm stuck in full screen mode , i have tried F11 without luck and ->window->toggle full screen

nothing ,i tried with regedit to change
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IDimager Systems, Inc.\IDI\Defaults
MainFullScreen from 1 to 0 but nothing

only changeing TfrmMainFullscreen from 1 to 0 does it help
is a bug or my system?

Version 2836 working OK here on W10, F11 works OK.

Tried with version 2841 on Windows 8.1 and I can't make it misbehave.

Just checking - is this "full screen" (as in what F11 does, removing the blue header at the top and the windows toolbar at the bottom), or is it "view->maximise" (as in making the tabbed thumbnail pane fill the screen, as opposed to "view->embedded")

Hi mantras, I'm on W7 but not the latest version I'm afraid, I'm still on ps4. F11 works fine for me, toggles full screen on and off ok.

Silly question (again!) but I'm assuming F11 works fine for you on other software (browsers etc). Just ruling out a physical key malfunction or one of those odd BIOS issues.

(I have HP laptops and they sometimes, annoyingly, come pre-configured in BIOS so the F-keys, which double-up as a function key, have the function takes precedence, i.e. to use F11 as a full screen key means pressing function+F11 instead of just F11 - a silly choice for a default setting).

it works ,but ps does write the new settings in the registry , for example
i have detele the

TfrmMain* keys as outlined below

run ps , I can swtich between full screen e windows mode , but if i close ps in full screen it doesn't write TfrmMainFullscreen key , and so when i restart ps5 It does start in window mode
i'm running 5.4.1.2841 under w10 e windows 7

removeing these keys helps , F11 works but when i close ps5 and restart it ,it's in window mode
where does ps5 store to start in fullscreen ?
I have removed several time ,but ps5 doesn't change this key TfrmMainFullscreen ,it does matter if i close in fullscreen TfrmMainFullscreen is always (0)
could be fixed please?
maybe force ps5 to change this setting in the registry or ?
i'm testing under w10 1809

Why would you even considering running V4 when you have V5. There are a zillion improvements in V5. Of course you should remove V4...al momento

just because v4 is rock solid , v5 gives me some issues
please could you fix it so i could I use only v5 ?
i haven't such issue with the older version of v5
i have even downlaoded SQLite Expert and deleted every "LASTACTIVETABS" and created a new catalog

it doesn't fix it
I start ps5 build 2911 , F11 it does switch to full screen mode , close and re-start ,and it's still in window mode
may i know where does it store such settings ? In the registry or in the catalog ?
I tried a new empty catalog and i even tried to run in portable mode , nothing
i have even uninstall my antivirus ,eset smart security ,can not fix it
what's wrong? Is my system?
Now i'm stuck in window mode

BTW; I do assume that you're NOT starting PSU with a command line parameter that points to a different registry type/location.
