Can no longer open version 4

I can no longer open PS version 4. I was able to a week ago. Now I get a message saying that my trial has expired yet I have a full license for the single version. Help required please.

Download your license from the Control Panel at https://cp.idimager.com. Then use the option "I already have my license" in the trial-expired-dialog. Then point to the downloaded license file
