stopping a process

Post by vkfoto » 03 Sep 18 16:29

So I was curious and clicked on the Detail / Technical / F-Number hoping to see what I've been using. I suppose it is looking at all the images in the catalog. Ten minutes latter it is still not responding. How do I know it is still working and not frozen? Is there a way to limit where it looks? Is there a way to stop the query without stopping the program?

You can't stop a query. But any query that takes over a few seconds to run is unusual, unless you have little internal memory installed or you're opening a set with ten thousands of images.
Yes, you can limit the search by expanding the F-number and then select one of the values.
