Flag icons for Places disappeared

Hello,

I have added flags to all the places where I could find any. None of these flags "survived" the transfer.
Is there a way to bring them back?
If not, so far I have only converted a test folder, would be nice if this could be fixed.

V6 upgrade doesn't alter these icons. And here they all show fine. Could it be that you converted an older database that didn't have the icons?
