How prevent PhotoSupreme adding the word "ASCII" inside my EXIF UserComment column

Hi,
When edit IPTC metadata of my photo, after a couple day i just realize that my EXIF "UserComment" column was replaced by the word "ASCII".
And i dont know why?

How to prevent PhotoSupreme adding the word "ASCII" inside my EXIF UserComment column?
I lost my original text inside that column, and i have no backup

The ASCII prefix for UserComment is defined by standards;

You’re not supposed to see this prefix in software though because software reading this field should know about this. Where did you see that prefix?
