Had an update message this morning for verion 5.6.0.3374.
Clicked yes, the web update bar in the bottom right reached 100% then nothing happened. Tried this a number of times with reboots in between and the same thing happens.
How do I install this update?
I tried to check what version of PSU I am running (I've kept it up to date with all updates) just in case the update occurrred without me knowing using Help>About PSU and got an exception "invalid MO marker"
I am using Windows 10.
Cannot install update 5.6.0.3374
Re: Cannot install update 5.6.0.3374
Could it be that the start dialog falls behind the main application window? Try pressing alt+tab
If that fails and you're a registered user then you can download the installation set from https://cp.idimager.com
Or download the installation file from the website;

Re: Cannot install update 5.6.0.3374
There was no start dialog so I downloaded the installer as you suggested and ran it and all seems OK now.
The Help>About now also works (no 'invalid MO marker' exception) and shows I am now on 5.6.0.3374
If I had to guess I would suspect that the 'exception' may have had something to do with.
Thanks
David
