absolutely block Google and other "cloud services"?

Post by Alain » 27 Dec 19 15:54

Hi

I'm still on 4.

I've seen that version 5 there's some integration with Google.

I don't want any connection with Google and be 100% sure of that.

Is there a way to get that with version 5?

Is there any AVG statement about Photo Supreme?

You have to open a Google account to access the API, so if you don't have a Goggle account it won't be used!

Don’t request and enter a Google API key and nothing is sent to Google. Also, PSU doesn’t send any information to anyone without your consent. You can read the privacy statement on the website.

And you can always block all outgoing traffic for any applications in your Firewall.

V5 is no different than V4...you are in control of what is sent out, either email, sharing sites, webupdate, or in V5’s case, Google Vision.

Thanks Hert

BTW. I did not "found" that in the privacy statement, I thought that that was about the website and the company, not the application.
