I keep setting one of the subfolders on my network drives to top, using "make this the top level folder."
Every so often when I click on the Folder view, all the top levels have reverted to the root of the drives.
I just completed a compact the database. Not sure if that was the case in previous cases.

Re: top level folder not sticky
I've put up with that bug for ages too. Add your bug to Mantis & I will vote +1 for it.
Re: top level folder not sticky
I had the designated top folder selected and showing in Folder view
I closed PSu
I opened PSu and they are still showing.
I compacted the catalog, both the catalog database and thumbnail database
When it completed, I closed PSu
I opened PSu and all the NAS drives reverted to their root folder, forgetting the folders I had designated as the top folder in each drive.
The bigger question is, are there any other selections that are undone?
How does Mantis work?

Re: top level folder not sticky
Simple. Go to http://mantis.idimager.com/, create a login, file a bug/feature request/suggestion.How does Mantis work?
Only: before doing so, better check if a ticket about the same/similar issue already exists. If it does you can add a comment and/or vote for it. If not, create a ticket. Be as specific as possible and better not pack too many things into one ticket. Adding screenshots to better illustrate the issue are often very helpful too.
Cheers,
Frank
