I agree (yes, totally)

I wonder why I can star rate within the import dialog, but the star ratings are not going to be applied to the imported images...
Design or Bug ? Maybe Hert can clarify this...

All the betas have been updated to fix a critical issue with storing thumbnails. It is recommended that you update.

All the betas are updated. Further fixes in handling macro params for structured elements, a slight performance update, improved memory usage, imporved MOV metadata support from iOS devices

Hi Hert
When notifying of new releases of the beta could you include the build number in your post please? This will help me, and I presume others, check which update I am up to, what has been fixed in my version. Many thanks.

Hert,

Just wondering. Any idea about when the beta period will end? Is the beta stable enough now for general production use?

No statements are made about release dates. The beta is available and you can try it. If you're happy with 3.2 and have no reason to use 3.3 then don't take the plunge.
I'll let it up to others to state if the beta is stable enough.

Well I've found it pretty stable, but checking the bug reports on Mantis may help you reach a decision.
