Mantis reporting against PSU v2?

Hi
I have a couple of things I wanted to report in Mantis, but with the imminent (?maybe?!) arrival of V3 I was uncertain whether to do so or not. Will outstanding issues logged against V2 be carried forward to V3 (assuming they are still applicable, obviously)?

Yes, all logged for V1 or V2 carries over, if applicable of course.
