Import folder to database

Post by inwellington » 26 Feb 14 4:37

I have a folder with several images located on my desktop that I import to the database. The end result is when I go to "folders" for a look, the folder has drilled down about 3 levels from the main folders. How can I prevent this?

Thank you.

You probably used the Quick Import Wizard, which uses some common pre-defined settings.

When you start the Import, click the lower left corner button to enter the fully fletched Import configuration panel.
There, in the Copy Settings, there's a Sub Folder rule. Set that to how you want to create your structure on disk.

Hi Hert,

Thank you for that info. I'm starting to like this program as I learn. I will be purchasing.

Best regards, Paul.
