PSu updates info
PSu updates info
Hi.
When an update to PSu is made available, but not announced within the application it would be really helpful is an announcement listing the high-level changes could be made here.
I do know that one can trawl the Mantis site - but it's not exactly an easy way of understanding the full impact of an update...
Just a suggestion...

Mikki,
This subject was discussed recently here.
In that topic, Hert gave us a link to a page in which changes are listed. Here's that link: whatsnew.idimager.com
Hope this helps!

How about making that link sticky somewhere on top of the forum?

In the new 1023 build there is a link from PSU's Help menu.Ruhell wrote:How about making that link sticky somewhere on top of the forum?

Re: PSu updates info
Yes, the new What's New page is great. Just one extra thing I'd find useful is the release of each version.
{edit] How about I make some sense here ? What I meant was "the release date of each version"! Sometimes it's handy to be able to track back and see when certain features appeared.

Re: PSu updates info
A small question. Are each new version for both Windows and Mac or are they sometimes for one only?

Re: PSu updates info
Harald, updates are always for Windows and Mac.
Only the version in the MacAppStore can be behind. This is because the Apple team first reviews *every* update that is released. This can take up to 2 weeks for them to review an application. A new version is always submitted to the MacAppStore together with the release of a new version

Re: PSu updates info
Small request - could the versions on whatsnew.idimager.com have the release date included please? (Was going to ask this on the original topic but it got closed before I could... and it's not really something for Mantis). Thanks
