Moving files and Sync

If an image is moved with PSU from one folder to another, the thumbnail is marked with the orange point that is
has to be synchronized. Why is that? Are there settings that are not synchronized together with the move
operation? Do I have to sync regularly to avoid problems?

When you move a file then Windows triggers a notification that a new file is created. PSU captures that and will put the file out of sync.
You can sync it.
