Hello, I've added info to the website.

IDimager V5 users can switch to Photo Supreme with a 30% discount. Send a request to support@idimager.com and include your V5 license key and you'll receive a coupon code.

Thank you

Something strange is going on, Hert. When I try to email to support@IDimager.com, my email client is telling me that the email is not being sent and that I need to verify the email address. So, I copied and pasted it just to make sure that I wasn't including a typo. Still no luck. I hope that's not happening with others.

This is a real bummer because I was hoping to be the first person to request a coupon. This issue surely prevents that from happening. Darn!

Mike,

just tried to send Hert a email and I think it did work...
Anyway, you may write Hert a PM

Cheers,
Michael

Edit: It did work - Hert just send me a short answer to my email: Quote "Received :)"

I sent a PM. However, for those who Hert doesn't know, it's not possible to attach the license key file because the system doesn't accept exe files as attachments.

I tried sending an email again with no luck. It's really strange because I have never seen this message provided by my email client. It's not the typical email message advising of an address that can't be delivered to. It's a pop-up message that is displayed within the email software.

Mike,

There's no need to attach the license file. Just the key will do. ne can find their license key in the control panel at https://cp.idimager.com

Thank you

Ahhhhhhh. I thought the file was the key. No wonder it didn't unlock the front door to my house.

I have replied to all requests so if you didn't receive a reply then either my email was filtered or I didn't receive yours.

You could try to email to idimagersupport@gmail.com

Why your IDI-customers have to pay more money (for the much fewer functions) as new MAC-Users?
Another shame and a slap in the faces of your IDI users . :x :x :x

Photo Supreme (MAC) is priced at $79.99 but is now available for the special introduction price of 49.99 USD
Licensed IDimager V5 users can switch to Photo Supreme with a 30% discount from 79,99 USD = 55,99 USD

Hert, you should reconsider your upgrade policy

Peter,

The Mac version was available for $49.99 on the introduction for about 2 weeks. The price is 79.99 in the Mac App Store. The 55.99 switch price for registered IDimager users is without time limits.
Why your IDI-customers have to pay more money
Nobody HAS to pay anything

Hi Daman, thx, that you have written my opinion.
The reaction of Hert is not a good sign, it appears that he is a little bit cheesed off.
Are the reactions so surprising???

Poor Hert and community.
