can't add .exr and .hdr files in version sets

Post by doug_w » 16 Oct 10 2:41

When I do HDR images, I'd like to be able to save an .exr or .hdr file generated by Photomatix Pro as part of the version set, but I get an error message saying it's not a supported image format. Any way around this?

Thanks.

Hi Doug

In Options > General Settings > File Handling > "Non image Formats" you can ad the extensions ".exr" and ".hdr"

Be aware that when adding these files to a version set IDI could create XMP files for these and there is a potential for problems if the basename of a HDR and EXR are the same (or the same as e.g. one of the image files).
