Go to Folders View Open the folder containing the images you want to move Select the images you want to move. Ensure the destination folder is visible. Drag the images to th...

Re: tif display color issue
Larry, you can change the color profile for any image in Photo Shop (PS). With the image open in PS, go to Edit>Convert to Profile... In the resulting dialog, select the dropdown under Destination Space. For jpegs, select sRGB IEC61966-2.1 Save the image. This embeds that profile in the image. Impor...

Re: New User's Interface questions
As sandfhotgn suggested, it is best to import only a small set of images so that you can learn to work with PSu. Once you are comfortable, and purchase the application, then you can import your images. While it is true that PSu cannot combine databases (catalogs), you can create as many catalogs as ...

Re: Advice on moving images to a NAS
Any recommendations on a backup/copying program? Rick, I use Acronis True Image . Macrium Reflect also gets good reviews. Macrium Reflect does have a free version, but it is stripped down and may not do what you need. I have used Acronis True Image for years and have found it to be very reliable, a...

Re: images added via verify do not show up
I do not understand why Frank's off-line drive is not marked in red, either. I have a drive S:\ that is currently off-line, and it is marked 'red' in PSu. My guess is that what Frank is seeing not a bug, but lies in the manner in which the OS is seeing the drive. Frank, if you are using Windows, ope...

Re: Frequent freezes while doing folder management - Mac
How much RAM do you have on the machine? If you have other applications running at the same time as PSu, try shutting them down. It is possible you are running low on resources, and that could cause PSu to crash. One thing you could try after adding some subfolders is to right click on the parent fo...

Re: TIFF files are black in PSu
You would need to open the file in your image editor, convert the file to RGB and then save as Hert indicated above. As far as printing goes, you would need to make a test print and then adjust the tonalities, if needed. After saving my file as a Photoshop (PS) PSD file, I keep it in the Adobe RGB c...

Re: Additional colour designation for labels in Assign View
I have a decent number of Miscellaneous labels for various things that do not fit a specific category. If that particular label is no longer needed, I can easily delete it.
I like the Label Panel and the colors it uses. Personally, I do not see a need for any added complexity.

Re: toggle full screen On or OFF
Hmmm? The Task Bar is displayed. I do not see the PSu buttons bar at the bottom of the full screen window: Using the 'R' key does nothing. This isn't a big deal for me, since I use 'normal' view 100% of the time. EDIT (1615 PDT): I just installed the latest build 3.3.0.2533. It looks like this was f...
